Debut Album: Finding Time
About
Finding Time is a record of the time between stepping away from a career in technology and finally starting to feel a new direction taking hold. I call it a song cycle of creative renewal: at first dislocated and uncertain; going on to explore connection with others; inner and outer worlds and the time available; ultimately uplifted on the path to a new sense of purpose.
Melodic, personal and densely lyrical, Finding Time moves between styles, weaving the rational and emotional in a search for a more human existence without abandoning faith in the science I'd studied and that still informs my place in the natural world.
All vocals and instruments arranged, performed and mixed by Robin, mostly at the 'sDoodyO' on the south coast of England.
